Yes, there is a refund penalty for refunds if the ticket is refundable.
How far in advance should I book my trip? Should I wait for a last-minute deal?
It’s advisable to book well in advance other than waiting last minute when
most cheaper seats are taken.
Do you charge fees? How do you get paid?
We accept bank transfers (EFT), purchase orders, cash and swiping.
Do I really need travel insurance?
It is dependent on the rules of your country of destination.
